Intraclear is a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus. It is a direct acquirer for Visa and Mastercard and takes part in SEPA, SEPA Instant and SWIFT. Merchants get card acquiring and its own PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway, which also handles local bank transfers and alternative payment methods. It offers business accounts for C2B, B2B and B2C payments over SEPA, TARGET2 and SWIFT, and card issuing is listed as coming soon.
