Get listed
Not in the directory yet? You do not need to email us. Listing is free and self-serve: create an account, fill in your provider’s profile, and publish it for review. We check every submission by hand, and an approved listing goes live already under your control.

- 1
Create a free account
Sign in with your work email — we send a magic link, there is no password — or with Google. That is the whole sign-up. The first time in, you set up your organisation: company name, website, and how you use PaymentProviders.io. Pick Provider. If a colleague has already set up your company, you are asked to join their organisation instead.
- 2
Submit your provider
In the portal, open Submit a provider in the sidebar and start a blank profile. It is an empty version of a real listing that you fill in in place — on your own or with teammates, with a comment thread on every section. Save it as a draft as often as you like. When the profile is complete, publish it for review.
- Provider name
- Website URL
- A description of what you do
- Your logo
- At least one category
- Your role or title at the company
Everything else — fees, settlement, payment methods, country coverage, integrations — you can fill in now or after the listing is live. Fill in as much as you can: browse, category and country pages order providers by how complete and current their data is.
We check it by hand
The status is under My listings in the portal. If something is missing, the reviewer writes in the thread on your draft and you reply there. You can keep editing meanwhile.
Live, and yours
The listing goes live at its own paymentproviders.io URL, owned by your organisation and already claimed. Edit it from the portal whenever things change; edits go live immediately.
Verified
Turn on the Verified seal later from the portal — identity confirmed, leads delivered, full performance breakdown. What the seal means.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Getting listed, claiming and editing a listing are free and stay free. Verified is an optional per-listing subscription you can turn on later from the portal.
Do I need to contact you first?
No. The whole flow is self-serve: create an account, submit the provider, publish it for review. Contact us only if you get stuck.
My company is already in the directory. What do I do?
Claim it instead of submitting a new one. Search for your company on the claim page, claim it with your work email, and we approve the claim by hand.
Which email address should I use?
An address on your company’s own domain. It ties the submission to the company during review, and it is required later for the Verified seal — claims from free-mail addresses are not approved.
Can my team help fill it in?
Yes. Invite teammates to your organisation from the portal. Drafts are shared across the organisation, every section has a comment thread, and there is an activity log of who changed what.
How long does the review take?
We review every submission by hand, so there is no fixed turnaround. The status is always visible under My listings in the portal, and if anything is missing the reviewer writes to you in the thread on your draft.
Does paying get a better position?
No. Browse, category and country pages order providers by how complete and current their data is, and comparisons are alphabetical. That order is never paid — not by claimed listings and not by Verified ones.
I am a merchant and I know a provider that is missing.
Tell us on the contact page and we will look at it. Only someone at the provider can submit and own the listing.
