PaymentProviders.io is operated by EJ Tech AB, a company registered in Sweden (org.nr 559470-0154) with its registered office in Arboga (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using PaymentProviders.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

PaymentProviders.io is a free online directory that helps businesses compare and discover payment providers, gateways, and processors worldwide.

We also offer a Provider Portal where payment providers can claim and manage their profile, update their information, and receive inquiries from potential customers.

PaymentProviders.io is an informational directory and matching service. We are not a payment broker, payment facilitator, financial intermediary, or regulated financial adviser.

Provider recommendations and matching results generated by our service are informational only and do not constitute financial advice, endorsement, or a guarantee of service quality. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting a payment provider, performing your own due diligence, and negotiating terms directly with any provider.

We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as a party to any agreement between you and a payment provider. Any contractual relationship you enter into with a provider is exclusively between you and that provider.

You can create an account by logging in with your email address — either through a passwordless magic link we email you, or by signing in with your Google account. No passwords are stored either way.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, as it is used to access your PaymentProviders.io account.

To delete your account, send an email to [email protected] and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Payment providers can claim their profile through the Provider Portal. By claiming a profile, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that payment provider.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your payment provider. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove provider profiles that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

The PaymentProviders.io website, its design, code, and original content are the property of PaymentProviders.io.

Provider logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Provider data contributed through the portal remains the intellectual property of the respective provider.

PaymentProviders.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any provider information listed on the platform. Always verify critical details directly with the payment provider before making business decisions.

PaymentProviders.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or bulk-download provider data without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
