Quantoz Payments B.V. is a Dutch electronic money institution supervised by DNB that issues the EURQ and USDQ e-money tokens under MiCA. Businesses get a regulated digital money account with a dedicated virtual IBAN, so they can collect bank transfers, Open Banking payments and settlements from payment providers, then pay out or refund. Incoming funds can be converted to stablecoins on request or automatically. Payment providers can add e-money as a checkout method or embed the services through one API.
