Humo Card Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan's national interbank payment system based on bank payment cards, accepted across the country. Operated by the National Interbank Processing Center (NIPC), founded September 2018 by presidential resolution. Transformed into a joint-stock company in May 2024; in January 2025 the state share was privatized to Paynet for approximately $65 million. HumoCard supports settlement domestically and via direct relationships with Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay International for cross-border use.
