Mobilly
Mobilly is a Latvian mobile payment app and electronic money institution. People use it to pay for parking, bus and train tickets, and other services from their phones. Merchants (partners) sign a merchant electronic money account and payment services agreement. Mobilly then opens an e-money account for them, which receives funds from Mobilly customers within Mobilly's closed settlement system. Companies can also use it to control employee expenses and get one bill per month for all services.
