TPPay is an electronic money institution (IMEL) regulated by the Banca d'Italia. It issues, manages and distributes e-money. Through API integrations, partner companies can launch financial and payment services for their customers without getting a licence of their own. It is part of the TAS Group, and in 2024 it became a Visa Principal Member for issuing payment cards.
